Delivery, and the dishes we will not send

Some things travel. A few do not, and we would rather you came in for those.

We deliver across west London and most of what we cook survives the journey perfectly well. Stews travel best of all — a ghormeh sabzi is arguably better twenty minutes after it leaves the pot.

What does not travel is anything that depends on being crisp. Tahdig softens in a box. Grilled fish goes from firm to steamed. We take both off the delivery menu rather than send something we would not want to receive.

If you want those, the table is the only way, and we will happily hold one for you.
