My culinary journey began in Malaysia, where I developed a passion for cooking from a young age. From Singapore to Budapest, and now London, I have spent 20 years honing my skills in different kitchens, blending Persian traditions with flavours from everywhere I have worked.
Every one of those kitchens shaped how I cook now. Here, I invite you to taste the essence of that journey: flavourful, authentic, and made with care.
